Not sure of when this was made, though it does show some age I went for middle decade of when these were popular from the 50's thru the 70's. I found no maker mark so presuming it was handmade back then.
The whole thing is about 13" long, 6" tall and wide at the wheels. The barrel is about 10" long and about 1" at end of barrel and opening is around 1/4".
Item weighs almost 6 pounds.
