Vintage One Quart Milk Bottle, Chevy Chase Dairy, Wise Brothers, 1920's#
The bottle stands about 9" tall and is 4" wide at bottom.
I found some information that the Wise Brothers bought Chevy Chase in 1913 to 1915 and added their name to bottle. They sold dairy in 1931 to National Dairy Company so this bottle was made to deliver milk in the Washington D.C. area during that time. I put the 20's since was a full decade of when it could have been made and used.
The bottle is in great shape, as WB on bottom and Wise Brothers at angle with a W above it on Back. Chevy Chase Dairy and One Quart is on front.
No deep scratches, chips or cracks. very minimal wear from even going thru machine so may have been a bottle made before being sold to National Dairy.
