I would grade the card as 8.5 to 9. Not much I notice nothing wrong with card very slight edge wear if any.
Card will come in plastic card holder to keep in current condition and mailed with cardboard on each side and in 9 x 6 bubble wrap envelope that will protect it in mail, hence the weight will be more than a normal card but ensure it's safety in mail to you.
Having graded comics and cards in the past I try to note any flaws and give grading I would give if I had store open for retail. My grading may differ with some other people but I try to err on the downside of grading to be safe and at no time do I confer the cards have been graded by a grading company.
