The bell and pewter bear are in good condition, no clue if I name it right if I find actual name will update listing. This bell still as pewter clapper which as part of hook broken inside where it hangs but as long as you don't move it around sideways seems to stay in bell.
I found this piece interesting clearly states 1982 Copyright on piece and bell, signature of artist says 1983.
This one is numbered 1764/5500 and is signed.
