Some of the David Winter Cottages and such come in 2 sizes with a large one and a smaller version being made.
Most of these are made of a heavy type of resin to me. This one is almost 2 pounds by itself.
Cottage stands about 4" wide and 5" Tall.
No Chips or Cracks I could see.
The Oast part seems to have been fixed with some of the roof maybe being broken I couldn't see good picture on internet of that part.
