Toy is in good condition comes as seen in pictures. It does have a few dirty spots but not wanting to damage it any trying to clean much left it the way it was. Some dirt or rust along the bottom lip of the toy on base with the short by the cape having the most rust or dirt.
His arms do move around, and the hat goes up and down, the battery compartment is in good shape but after testing with some D batteries nothing moves when turning on so will need to be fixed,
He as a few marks on his face, but overall, the graphics on tin are still readable and a very nice tin toy. I found two for sale online one overseas and both wanted over 500 dollars for theirs.
He stands about 9" tall, 7" wide and 5" deep.
