Like some other items I bought at auction I have up here all of the items were mainly from the late 70's to early 90's, I tried to find these online with no success so far.
The Box is about 5" tall and 5x4" around at base. It as a small dolly or such inside to put jewelry on is my guess and it is made in china and had date 1992, so presuming it came with box or was bought at same time.
They seem to be made out and guessing but most likely a heavy weight resin material or such. Box weighs almost 1.5 pounds and is marked on bottom made in china.
