This book in my Opinion is in Good to Very Good Condition if I was grading it. It is a hardcover unlike the soft covers they redid later on and is printed by Whitman.
You can see from picture very few blemishes the edges have a little wear, the spine as slight wear on top and bottom corners and some down the spine. Being a eighty year old book it as less wear then I do in my fifties.
I have sealed the book in plastic to keep in current condition. On some of these I didn't take inside pictures of the pages since the book appear to have never been opened to keep spine in current condition.
