The catalog as some wear while it does have all the pages the cover and spine are in fair condition, though with it being 71 years old and sitting in a garage from what auctioneer said surprise it was in one piece. With that said Picture shows the spine which is worn to see paper fibers, cover is missing some fragments here or there which can be seen in picture one. Back cover may be missing unclear if it should have been red like front or had items for sale, also there is a section that goes in about 15 to 20 pages that is missing from bottom and back about 1.5" by 1" that decreases the farther it goes in this book only goes to 242 so like previously mention not sure if pages and back cover are missing. Pages seem in good shape inside with some advertising cards to mail in still in catalog with only a few page edges having some edges toward front of catalog.
