Sorry, this item has sold.

This Board Game was made only in Winston-Salem N.C. to celebrate the city being 200 years old back in 1966 from the information I got from local historian.

According to sheet in game that also notes the 200th anniversary, it notes that Winston-Salem was the first city to celebrate July 4th in 1783. The game centers around drawing cards and moving your piece around Old Salem Town square. You then follow where you land moving forward or backwards according to card and the board.

According to local historian last game they saw come up for sale sold for around 100 dollars if their memory serves them right. I couldn't find one for sale or that had been sold in my internet search though and seems rare, would make great addition for a Board Game Collector of rare game from the 60's.

The game is complete with 4 playing pieces, cards, and board. The box is in good shape with only one corner damaged and a slight tear on edge of lid near same corner.
