This is a reprint of the original book done in the 1970's though I could find no date of publishing inside of book so going by what I found on internet. The main clue is the 1949 version was $1.00 this version is 4.95 according to inside of back cover.
The book is in pretty good shape some wear and tear, would give it a fine for age and such. The edges have a little wear, staples good no writing inside of comic or covers that I saw. The bottom right corner is a little rabbit eared and top of book as a little edge wear are two main issues with it. There are no missing pages or tears in the book.
