Vintage Dolls, Collector Choice by Dandee and Limited Edition Doll

The first is an African American Doll by DanDee, it is musical and still plays. It stays in sitting position about 8 to 10" tall. There is no box or COA with it but is in good condition with no apparent damage I could see.
Next appears to be limited edition doll. I could not make out name as it was in cursive handwriting. It does say 1996 and clearly as the number 607, I search for same doll but was unable to find one on internet or wasn't putting in right information. It is also in good condition with no apparent damage. Stands about 14" tall.
