Vintage Astor Poker Chips and Rack

Astor Poker Chip Rack, comes with original box. Item as been used since some stacks of poker chips are mixed up. All the chips appear to be in rack since each stack was to top. The top piece is present to hold chips in place if moving while out of box. Two rectangle slots are or decks of cards.
Believe this was made in 1960's at least before UPC codes since box as none.
