Plate holder I am unsure who or when it was made, both these items came from auction and other items were from late 70's thru late 90's.
The light I couldn't test so unsure if works, reminds me of lights trucks would have on their roll bars or such up top sometimes 1 but mostly would have 2 or 3 or on bumper as fog lights. The light was sold by Sears and Made in Japan.
Nothing broken I can see on either so pick one or more from below.
