Vintage Military/Police Helmet, Brodie Doughboy Helmet Green made in Canada, 1940's#
Looks to me like it had a sticker or symbol on front that may have come off, or such can see the markings in picture one. Also has some wear on left brim where person may have taken and put on helmet with left hand.
These were used in many faucets in WWII from Air Raid, Police, and even the USMC Marine corps in 1941 if info I read online is accurate. I am presuming the later since in the USA.
This one is missing the rings for the chin strap and the chin strap.
