These have been used and are missing the rubber push in button for outside so will need something to fix though the plastic piece is there to push in so maybe heavy-duty tape or such.
I tested them somewhat they did turn on but only had 1 battery to test them so couldn't turn them both on to see if I could talk thru to the other.
Except for the missing rubber button piece, they seem in good shape.
