Most of these are 70's or 80's from what I could find on bottom when date was present or readable. Most are in good shape will try to mention below any problems I noticed and will try to mention in Variant by saying Hot for Hot wheels, Match for Matchbox, or type if Corgi, Tootsie, or another maker if on bottom.
These are all about 3" long or your normal size for most part for diecast car from makers mentioned. All of these have been played with is my guess so may have minor paint lost, will note below if I feel it is major paint lost. Most of these have medium to minimal paint lost.
Hot Wheels Mustang Cobra is from 1977, the Turbolence is from 1999,
Things I noticed are below if really cheap it has a problem so look here.
Hot Wheels Mazda RX 500 has slight crack in windshield, No Name Blue Skull is light blue and front wheel is bent so rolls weird, no name bronze turbo has damage to back windshield and driver side back quarter panel, Shinsei Lamborghini is missing the front wheels, axle, and anything else that may be with those parts.
