Auctioneer said they opened it for auction was still sealed till they got it out and tested it. It still works you can see it in picture 3 and 4 where it moved slowly. I should have taken Video but I forgot about that till I put it up.
It stands about 22" tall and 8" wide at bottom.
I adjusted the size of package to reflect what it should cost if I ship UPS.
