Vintage Push/Pull Toys, Norscot Group Diecast Caterpillars, Cat D11R Tractor, Cat #5080 Backhoe, Cat #980 Bulldozer, or Tonka Car Carrier
All of these are toys and about 7" to 8" long. They all roll well and I don't see any damage to them or anything missing.
The last picture is a Tonka Car Carrier from the 70's. Still rolls well and has been used with some minor paint lost on bottom.
