I had some of these when I was a kid so maybe late 60's or early 70's. You soak image in water for about 10 seconds and apply to folders, books, my sisters back when not looking etc etc.
There are a bunch of each on pile like 15 to 20 of each, I belief they cost like a .01 to .05 or such when I was young though no price on this sheet to say how much.
You get all of them like you see on sheet, unsure if they still work more a nostalgic item for collector or such most likely.
