Vintage Stereo Equipment, Allied Tape Stereo Tape Recorder Equipment Reel to Reel with Speakers, Model TR-1040, 1970's
They produce this model from 1969 to 1975, so I put 1970's for dating. Please excuse my pictures I took this outside on grill so may be faded to what box is.
The case does have a small split you can see in case vinyl in picture 4. Rest of unit seems to be in good condition. I could not test though I am missing the power cord for it, not many around or for sale so if for display purpose would be great or someone with more knowledge than myself may have power cord that works with it.
It does have one reel on it at moment no clue what is on reel, maybe a Beatles lost song if so remember me when you make a fortune and maybe send a little money my way hehe.
It was dusty on outsider i cleaned it some but may need some more cleaning in a few spots I may have missed.
Item is heavy weighing about 32 lbs. by itself and large even when closed, it is 18" x 13" x 11", I am making box smaller so price will be right when I ship via UPS and not USPS most likely or Fed Ex.
