The only issues I found is the first G.I. Joe Footlocker is the outside paper Sticker that should say G.I. Joe only shows the G which you can see in picture 8. A new one could be made or printed and add but then it wouldn't all be 1964. The inside sticker inside the truck is in great shape it closes and opens well. It has a few scrapes to paint but no major damage I can see anywhere.
The Second one I didn't take as many pictures except for what is different than the first, the front the name as been colored black by a sharpie and the other white areas have pencil writing with x's and numbers. The G.I. Joe is present on second one, but the inside piece is coming loose on edges. Rest of box is in good shape with nothing I could see majorly wrong. This one will be Marked Box w/writing, the first will be marked Box no Sticker.
The box is about 13" wide, 6 1/2" deep, and 5" tall.
