The talking part tries to work but is not functioning right. Unlike the last one I sold this one has a few issues. First problem he is missing the propeller on top of hat. Second in picture 5 you can see someone sewed the shoe back on to pants and one thumb has been damaged by something unsure what maybe a dog or child chewed it off.
He has some dusty/dirty spots also, stuff on plastic or rubber should come off since looks like dust buildup to me but didn't want to damage it or the clothes trying to clean it wrong will let new owner decide.
I see two different dates on this 1949 seems to be the most used but Television show didn't come out till 1962 so unsure if made in late 40's or early 60's.
Doll is large about 17" or so tall.
Selling this one cheap since it does have issues.
