Vintage Talking Doll, Beanie Talking Doll from Beanie and Cecil Cartoon by Mattel, 1949
The talking part tries to work but is not functioning right. I was able to hear a word or two. Rest of the doll is in good condition with minor wear, no holes or tears in fabric or broken items except the talking box not working right. It does have the propeller on cap which most are broken or missing.
I see two different dates on this 1949 seems to be the most used but Television show didn't come out till 1962 so unsure if made in late 40's or early 60's.
Doll is large about 17" or so tall.
