Vintage Child's Learning Toys, Child Guidance Toy "Poppin' Pals" or Tom Thumb Cash Register, Neither Working Right
Both of these are for collector's who want to display them, to me they both have issues.
The Poppin' Pals several of the characters will not go back down they are missing the latch so selling both of these cheap. The Tom Thumb works some but the numbers to me don't go all the way mostly, it may need some oil or such to get to work totally.
