I belief this is from the 70's or earlier, it is hand painted to me with minimal paint lost I could see. I swung it and worked well stays on stand and arms and head of reindeer still move. It is 99% heavy metal, only part not metal is the rope between Santa and the Reindeer.
It weighs about 3 pounds and is about 16" tall and 14" wide when on stand to swing, the stand and piece that moves do separate with swinging piece sitting on indent on stand.
