The Nurse Case is designed by Kiddesigns it has band aid, pressure cuff, temperature gauge and such. Three items are supposed to make noise, the pressure cuff at moment doesn't the other two were working at time of listing.
The case is clean with minimal wear from storage, looks like it would hold a bunch of Barbies like 6 to 9 maybe and clothes on top.
The Accessory Case has never been used still has tag on it.
