It was started, but not 100% sure all the pieces so I can't guarantee it short of building it myself if all the pieces are present, A bunch of the walls, railing and I saw one guy in box.
I sold this once, guy who got it said it was missing pieces so please beware that it may not be complete and why we are selling cheaper than others online.
Box is in good shape with minor wear no torn flaps or broken corners.
