Tray does have some rust and stains that may not come off. It seems to be a rare tray though only found one online at time of listing.
Rust is around the picture and the edge; the stains are across face and on arms for most part.
Tray is long Rectangle with raised edge. It is about 18" long and 8 1/2" wide and 1" tall around edge.
