I couldn't find another book like this or from the studios to be honest. It is in good condition with Santa's Face maybe having the most time wear since eyes aren't too dark.
There is plush toy that is coming out of chimney of Santa with legs inside cover, so book is about 2" thick but it doesn't have but half dozen pages with some of those being the pages to say who wrote it and copyright. Book is handwritten and has small illustrations thru it but nothing major like a picture of Santa just calligraphy.
I am currently storing it in comic bag to keep in current condition and will come that way.
Book is about 7" x 5".
