All comics or coloring books come with bag and board regardless of grade. I grade these myself and try to grade lower than what they are in case I miss anything.
I would grade these mostly Good to Fine + but like to keep below unless graded by someone else. I will note anything if above a minor defect below. No torn or missing pages I could see. These appear to have never been read just stored in bag and board.
Issues I have seen, Mad #270 has major spine issue, the cover is barely on with spine worn out 7/8th of it.
Mother Goose and Little Folks I am unsure if all the pages are inside and they are very brittle due to age they are in bag and board to keep in current condition. I belief these were made during WWII, so paper quality was not the greatest during that time. Mother goose is 1943 and Little Folks I couldn't find another but has very few pages and the most brittle so may be even older.
CARtoons Feb. 1972, has .20 written on from and some edge damage to top.
Little Lulu books the Trace book back cover has a tear and a few pages have been colored, the coloring book has mark on front cover from sticker I belief, also has a few pages colored.
I stuck Game Pro Magazine in here may move it since Premier Issue, but at moment it's here. It has some spine wear so would grade it Fine - to Fine +.
SH-T Comics #1 has spine wear and some discoloring along spine from wear.
