I grade my own comics and try to find any flaws with them and grade on the lower side in case I miss something. All comics come with a bag and board, if possible, which is the case 99% of the time or more.
These so far, I would grade most in Good or above condition. Will update if I run into any more issues. Any problems I notice that may be an issue I will note below if more than minimal wear and such.

Haunted Library #42 and #43 has some cover wear to top and bottom left corner on spine.
Haunted Library #37 some spine wear.
Midnight Tales #7 top corner wear.
Ghostly Tales #144 some bottom edge wear to cover.
Ghostly Tales #131 top edge and corner of cover missing minor pieces.
Ghostly Tales #109 has major flaw to bottom right corner with chunk missing thru whole book, rest of book is great and still readable.
