I grade my own comics and try to find any flaws with them and grade on the lower side in case I miss something. All comics come with a bag and board, if possible, which is the case 99% of the time or more.
These so far, I would grade in good or Fair condition. Will update if I run into any more issues. Any problems I notice that may be an issue I will note below.

Richie Rich September 1979, #182, to me the bottom right corner had round sticker so that spot is darker than rest of cover.
Richie Rich January 1969, #77 has some spine wear and creasing of cover, some discoloring at bottom right corner. There is also a sticker of .15 over the price spot.
Richie Rich September 1976, #146 has same sticker over price as #77 and some discoloring along right edge side.
Money World September 1973, #7 has some spine wear and a few small marks on cover.
Money World November 1974, #14 has some aging marks and a few scuffs on cover.
Money World January 1975, #15 rolled spine and some creasing of cover though light.
Money World January 1976, #27 has the sticker mark which is darker on bottom right and some scuffing around the sun.
Richie Rich Billions #19, I would grade this Fair - cover has some wear and the .50 is scribble on.
