Vintage Christmas Tree Topper, Lighted Angel Tree Topper Style No. H6460, Made in Japan
Item was sold by Thalhimer's Department store that started in Richmond way back in 1842 as a dry goods store that evolved thru the years. It had many stores thru the 70's being bought by different companies and last store closed in 1992.
I belief this is most likely before 1980's since no UPC code on box, but unsure exactly when my guess is the 60's or 70's. It has 1 replacement bulb in the box.
Angel still works as you can see in picture 2.
Angel is about 7" tall.
