I belief this was made in the 70's, found some and all have no UPC code. This item was extremely dusty and dirty so there are a few spots that will need cleaning still like yellow hair since a bunch of ripples.
It does still work amazingly; I tested with some batteries and was talking and making sounds. The plate to hold the batteries or cover them is missing though but springs hold in the batteries so only issue would be if moving it a bunch. If for display since a rare item nobody would see it.
It stands about 9" tall and 6" deep.
