All of these have bodies in the 1960's, some have heads from a different decade, maybe from dog chewing other head or such not sure why you would switch heads but will list the ones like that below if I can tell.
All of these I went by date on back above the buttocks and on head if anything was there.
No broken or torn clothing I could notice.
Dolls stand about 12" tall.
Ken dolls are both from 1968 but have heads from 1991.
Wedding Dress Barbie body is from 1966 but has 1976 head, she does not have any shoes under dress.
Lei Barbie has 1966 Body and 1976 head though hard to read.
Heart Dress Barbie has 1966 body and 1998 head.
Flower Dress Barbie, Made in Taiwan 1966, no markings on head.
Yellow Top Barbie has 1966 Made in China, 1991 Head
Party Dress Barbie, 1966 Body, 1976 Head
Hawaii Body with Stand has mark on buttocks 1966, nothing on head.
