Another item I am unsure when made, my guess is a matchbox holder for camping or back packing since light weight but not water proof. It does have 2 pieces or what looks like graphite to me left them in but a small match fit in perfectly so that what my gut tells me it is for. should hold about a dozen matches is my guess.
Box is 2 1/2" long.
