Should be about 6 or 8 listings with 10 or so houses in each listing, selling them separately so if someone needs 1 or a few of them can finish their collection of them.
They all come in original box except last three the Clock, Ski, and Balloon they are in Styrofoam but no outer box. Some have to me never been opened so left them in box since not wanting to damage any figures and such by getting them in and out.
While the balloon is missing box it was not out of plastic bag so took picture like it was to keep safe. The Balloon is also a Music Box.
