Unsure when this made or framed, though picture is kind of nifty and looks hand drawn to me. The Framing has that 1950's to 60's look of dark skinny frame edge.
Please note the Picture Frame is about 20" x 11" but Etsy seems to have a problem with calculating out true shipping cost on these items so shipping size may look smaller so I can get cost down to what it should cost which would be around 25 to 30 dollars not 85 dollars.
