While I am not a Sport's card person, I do grade comics and would say these are in good condition
The cards seem in good condition I got one out and seem to look alright and there are extra packs of cards in front pocket of book. The book does have empty spots so unsure if missing some cards or in pack of front of book. Some slots have 2 cards but left to a expert to get them out to avoid damaging them. There is a Scottie Pippen, Larry Bird, and John Stockton to name a few of the players I saw in book.
There is one pack of unopen cards and some loose cards in front pocket, there are 25+ cards if I counted right not counting the unopen pack of cards.
Like Comics I do not except returns on cards since to easy to change the item out with another.
