Car is in good shape with a few minor issues I have seen. First it does have Gunner and Grappling Device, It does roll well and wheels in good shape. I found no major issues like cracks or missing pieces that I can tell.
Issues I have seen, someone added to stickers to the back doors and middle of the emergency lights which have worn off but left sticker residue which probably could be cleaned. The hood has a mark on it which looks like left over glue or such. The part that should reel in the string does seem to be touching enough for it to work correctly or I am not sure how you get to work. The string on the grappler is tangled on it and may need to be retied.
Car is about 14" long and 6" tall.
