I found no date on this though it came in auction with 90 items, I found one close sold by Wayfair so hoping I haven't mislabeled it. To me it doesn't appear to have been used but does have a few marks from storage.
It is about 14" tall and comes with 2 glasses, corkscrew, napkins and some other items for a picnic or such.
