I would grade this comic as very fine +, since still sealed in original bag it came in with no major issues I could see.
Please note with Comics I do not except returns since I have had some replace a good copy with a poorer quality and send back. While most are honest the few have taught me that lesson.
Most comics I try and ship in bag and backing board if possible or between 2 pieces of cardboard to keep in current condition.
Issue #21 is only one not still in original bag.
