I belief this is Droopy hound from the cartoons in the 70's or 60's, I couldn't find a exact match to this mask but was closest cartoon dog to this. I belief since no date on this but others I have up is from the 70's since almost everything costume or mask I have is from 70's or earlier for most part.
No major cracks some minor wear, there is a hole right above mouth I think is a air hole, but if not figure I mention it. The rubber band is broken to keep on head.
