I am unsure when, but these seem to have been produce from 50's thru the 70's from what I could tell. I couldn't think of exact name for this since not a tank or a halftrack.
Basically your 1950's style military style vehicle, been slightly used does have a few marks but rolls well and no cracks or broken pieces i could see.
Vehicle is about 7" long.

Good condition expect for broke gun barrel.
