NSDA or National Soft Drink Association Convention in Texas.
Tray is in good condition but does have some spots that may need to be cleaned and a spot with tape mark but didn't want damage it by cleaning with wrong cleaner will let new owner clean it.
Does have some small paint lost and worn edges probably from storage thru the years.
We accept Pay Pal or Etsy Pay or any payment the Etsy site takes, we only use Etsy for all transactions to ensure your information is secure and they are probably paid.
If you are North Carolina resident, you are required to pay a use/sales tax to the State of North Carolina responsibility in some cases Etsy as started to collect some taxes so if you see taxes it is taken care of.

Our shipping and handling rates are for the U.S. only or anywhere USPS ships internationally. We use standard ground rate or priority mail rates, and if you need faster service, there will be an additional charge which should work with Etsy new shipping function. Items will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 business days from payment or sooner, there are times we are out of town and will change the setting to 7 to 10 business days or more depending on time away, but leave store open and post when we will be back to ship in announcements. International shipments are at times fickle as they go thru customs can take a week to a month at times depending on item and that country's custom department, returns for items to some countries is covered under Etsy policies please refer to them.
International Buyers please note Import Duties, taxes, and Charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's Customs office to determine what these additional Costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. these fees are not additional shipping charges. If your item has not arrived, please check at your post office. They sometimes hold the item till you pay the import fee's. This is all out of our control. We don't under-value merchandise or mark the items as a gift. Doing this is against U.S. and international laws.
All items will have enough insurance to cover the item up to the USPS setting, so if an item arrives damaged, please contact the appropriate carrier usually USPS. Please note that USPS Ground comes with no insurance and in many cases priority mail is about the same price and comes faster and as insurance. When possible we will always upgrade item so it as insurance. USPS covers the item but not shipping of item to you in insurance payment so please don't mail item back since that just incurs more money spent that won't be covered. Damaged items does happen but in my experience about 1 in 100 or less. It is the Buyer responsibility to file the claim for the insurance to USPS.
When ordering more then one item we will attempt to ship together and refund you some of the shipping cost. Insurance can be bought if your item is over USPS setting or we may buy it ourselves to ensure that buyer or us is left with no way to recoup money and extra insurance will only be added to the shipping cost if you buy it at time of purchase or ask us to add to order.
If package is not delivered and return to us, we will work with you on why it didn't get delivered if post office problem will try to get it reshipped for free, but no guarantees that they will reship. The customer can pay for shipping again of the item or items or we can refund the cost of the items minus our restocking fee of 10%.
If your item arrives damaged from USPS please do not return to us, this will just incur more cost in shipping item back. If item says delivered and is missing or never received you need to check with your post office it may have been left at wrong address or was stolen, if priority mail they can tell you how to file claim. USPS as a online damage good claim just visit there web page it is under HELP the far right tab unless page as changed. All orders with priority mailing have $100 insurance so add the total cost of item and shipping round up or down to nearest dollar and make a claim.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Refunds will be given on most items when returned if the item is received in same condition as originally shipped, minus a restocking fee of 10% for handling for some items. Shipping back to us is the customers responsibility and cost, and we follow Etsy rules on refunds. Refund will be for the item only and will not include the shipping.
Keep in mind, all our items are older and if we have multiples we take a picture of one of the items, we try and notice any flaws and list in description. If you have concerns or would like more info or a different picture, please contact me.
Please note we do not refund for some items broken in transit, we package our items very carefully and upgrade most items to Priority mail which as $100 of insurance and is the buyers responsibility to get the refund from the carrier. Items sent back need to be received in same condition as it was before we sold it. We will buy at our expense extra insurance for some items to protect the seller and buyer in case of a damaged item.

Comics and Books are graded per the Overstreet Guide. Any book costing more then $10 dollars will be graded as such. Books that are less are made sure not to have any serious flaws like missing pages or covers. Any flaws will be mention in description to our best ability. We price our books according to Atomic Avenue Database which seems to be the cheapest guide I found, at time of listing and updated when item is renewed.
