First unsure if the date 1979 by Remco on back or copyright date of 1980 by Marvel Comic Group is date it was made went with Remco since made by it.
The shield at moment does not spin but does move the lever moves but it doesn't spin for me so may need to be fixed or I am doing it wrong.
He does have some wear with minimal paint lost, but nothing broken as in plastic or cracked.

The shield stills spins (kinda, it's okay though because he's a battle weary vet)!!!
