I found a few of these for sale with different years so presuming they used the same cover and just printed every so often. Ones I saw for sale which at time was three were from 1946 and 1954. Only date I found which is in picture 5 is 1925 and 1928. I am presuming since date of 1928 on page that usually tells you printing date is date it was published. Making this book almost 100 years old.
Issues I found with trying to keep book intact as much as possible. Picture 4 shows the cover and spine has come loose from book along with 2 or 3 forgot to count before sealing it back up of the first pages before copyright page. It does need to be fixed by somebody that is more qualified then myself to fix it. If it had been a later date copyright I may have tried to use book tape to fix, but felt it needed more professional help.
Second issue it is showing age and musty smell from storage before I got it. With some pages getting dark spots and areas but still readable.
Book is large about 9 1/2" x 7 1/4". I am currently storing in plastic bag to keep in current condition and I decided to ship in more secure fashion then Media mail so it stays safe.
