Vintage Blushing Willy Bartender, Tin Lithographic Battery Operated Toy Made in Japan, 1960's~
Toy is pretty good shape, with only one major issue. It is missing the bottom of the battery compartment, not sure if it can hav another made so it may work but was unable to test due to this fact.
I only found 2 online and is pretty rare from looks of it, No other issues I could see with graphics and out fit in good shape with only minor wear.
Figure stands about 10" tall and 5" wide.
